Maude – Adopted 12/02

And then there’s Maude! Maude is a darling, cuddling senior. She only has three legs, but she doesn’t let that stop her from being as sweet as can be. Being older, Maude enjoys taking things easy most of the time. She’s always ready for some attention time though. She even still gets in the mood to play every now and then, tinfoil balls being one of her favorite things to play with. She may need a little time to adjust to a new environment, but this uncomprimisin’, enterpisin’, anything but tranquilizin’ gal will be your best friend in no time. Right on Maude!

Maude recently lost an eye due to an ulcer. She is currently recuperating and not in the best shape for a new glamor shot. It has not changed her demeanor though, as she’s still always looking for new friends to give her attention and love. But with three legs and one eye, she is well on her way to being the ultimate pirate cosplayer…

Maude is a DDAF Senior: Through generous funding from the Doris Day Animal Foundation (DDAF) to support senior cats, we are able to offer Maude’s adopters up to $100 in post-adoption support for qualified non-routine veterinary care, such as dental care, surgery, diagnostics, and certain prescription medications. More information is available at the adoption center.
