Make new friends at AWS! Canine Social Hours and Beyond bring together dog-loving friends and neighbors with AWS trainers for a fun hour of socialization and low-key training. It’s a blast for pooches and pet parents alike!
*NEW* Drop In Pack Walk and Beyond
Have you gone through Basic Obedience and are looking for more opportunities to learn with your dog? But you can’t commit to another 6 week training course right now? We’ve got just the thing. Try our “Drop In Pack Walk and Beyond,” a casual hour of training and adventure on select Monday evenings at AWS. Stop by on the weeks you choose and refresh your dog’s basic skills while having fun. Each session includes the chance to explore AWS trails as a group (weather permitting).
Summer schedule: $20 per week (CASH ONLY). We are unable to accept credit card payments for these drop in sessions.
Fall schedule: $20 per session. We accept cash or credit card at the time of the event. To pay by credit card, please come by a few minutes early so we can process your card before the fun starts!
No advance registration needed.

Drop In Puppy Social Hour
Join AWS’ canine trainers on select Sundays for lots of puppy fun! If your puppy is younger than 6 months and under 25 pounds, we welcome you to stop by the AWS Canine Training Classroom Sundays for this fun puppy social hour! $12/hour. No advance registration needed.
Summer schedule: Sundays, 9 – 10 am
Fall schedule: Sundays, 10 – 11 am
Drop in Small Breed Social and Beyond
For dogs over 5 months and under 25 pounds, this social is for small wonders that enjoy the company of other little dogs. It includes a mixture of playtime and leash work where we review basic skills and learn obstacles. If weather permits, we will wind down at the end with a group pack walk on the AWS trails. Drop in the weeks you want. No advance registration needed. $12 per session.
Fridays, 4 – 4:45pm
The option of playtime during classes and social hours is based on the safety and enjoyment of the class as a whole and is always at the instructor’s discretion.
