I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Oh, hello there! You must be one of my adoring subjects! Of course, I’m sure you’re aware that my name is Rue and that I’m a beautiful and loving lady who is currently looking for my happy home. I’m not sure why it’s taking so long to be honest because I’m a very friendly, sweet, and playful lady who adores attention and being pampered. Plus, just look at me… I’m gorgeous!
Don’t get me wrong, though. I’m not some diva who must be doted on hand and food (of course, if you’re offering, I won’t say no!) I like to get outdoors once and while and get a little dirty rolling in the grass and chasing leaves. I think an indoor/outdoor kind of lifestyle suites me best because let’s be honest, everyone deserves to see my beautiful face around town. Plus, I like to garden and sunbathe on a good porch and smell all the beautiful scents that waft through the air. Some days, of course, I’d rather be inside snuggled up on a warm velvet pillow or curled up next to my humans for a movie night. I personally like the old black and white classics. I truly believe in another life I belonged on the Hollywood stage!
I hope you know, though, that it’s not all about me. For all my love of attention and admiration, I give it back tenfold. My family means everything to me, and I will be a wonderful friend, companion, and soul sister. I’m an excellent listener and no one will cheer you on like me. I will keep all your secrets and trust me when I say, I’m always on your side! I will be your lap warmer and snuggle companion, your shadow and your biggest fan. But most importantly, I will be your best friend. When you adopt an animal like me, it’s a special bond that can never be broken. I can’t wait to find my family so we can start our life together! Doesn’t it sound fabulous?!
