Open to dogs 5 months and older. This 6-week class is the place to start your training journey if you have an adolescent or adult dog. Through positive reinforcement, teams will learn and practice polite behaviors such as sit, down, stay and loose leash walking all while ignoring distractions. Even if your dog knows all the basic cues, there are still many reasons to begin with a Basic Training class. Unless otherwise stated, in-person group classes are for dogs that do not exhibit aggressive or reactive behaviors. These classes may also be too overwhelming for dogs that have extreme shyness.
