Peppy
My husband Andrew and I adopted Peppy, an “American Shelter Dog” last year on February 18. We took her to obedience training with Kim there at AWS and she’s come so far in the past year. She’s been DNA tested – mostly American Staffordshire Terrier, some Doberman and Lab. She was a bit of a challenge at times and thankfully my husband was up to it. She goes to work with him every day and stays in her crate (“goes to work” as she knows it) sleeping, playing, hanging out and taking breaks and walks with her Dad. She loves most people (has fear of large men), loves children (loves loves loves), loves my cat (the cat is starting to come around) and has so much fun on our 2 acre property with her invisible fence, listening to chickens, goats, donkeys and all kinds of other birds and animals. I want to thank the Rescue Org that found her and saved her in GA (and I have, I tracked them down last year), and I especially want to thank you all for taking such good care of her until we found her! She’s spoiled rotten, but fairly well behaved, loves to learn and is so smart. We just love her so much, thank you.
