Charlie had been returned to the shelter multiple times before we had gotten him, we figured out it’s because he has a major barking and peeing inside the house problem. We’ve been working on it and he’s doing much better! (Still a barker but it’s okay because all dogs bark). He loves to learn new tricks and jump over obstacle courses, as well as throw his toys for himself. He’s a very lovely boy with a crazy personality!
