Youth Volunteers
Fostering a love of animals can start early. We are grateful for our youth volunteers who help us take care of pets in need.
Ways youth can Help
Children ages 12–15 may volunteer at AWS with a parent or guardian. Teens, 16–17, may volunteer independently with parent or guardian consent.
Children under 12 are not eligible for volunteer opportunities, but families with younger children can still get involved through our Dog Dates program!
