Advanced Services & Care

Equipped with comprehensive equipment, AWS’ veterinary services include advanced procedures, diagnostics and dentistry for dogs and cats. Therefore, we can serve almost every need of our patients in-house. From X-Ray and ultrasound to a state-of-the-art dental suite, our veterinarians offer high-quality, affordable advanced services to resident pets and pets of local community members.

We offer a two-tiered pricing system for our many of our advanced services: Community Pricing and our Companion Program, based on income qualifications. Donations to the Companions for Life Fund support the Companion Program.

See if you need the guidelines.

Our clinic offers a wide range of in-house diagnostic equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, and chemistry, hematology and urine sediment analyzers. We partner with IDEXX Laboratories, an industry leader in diagnostic innovation. Your veterinarian can provide you with an estimate for specific tests or services at the time of your appointment.

All dental procedures include pre-op bloodwork, IV catheter and fluids, full anesthesia and monitoring, full mouth dental radiographs, dental scaling and polishing, and any necessary extractions (based on extent of dental disease). Prices also include typical medications needed to go home but final estimate may vary depending on weight of animal and additional medications deemed necessary by your veterinarian.

A consultation exam is required for all dental procedure requests. An estimate for your pet’s dental work will be provided after the consultation exam.
