Diamond now Odie

Before adopting Odie — formerly Diamond — from Animal Welfare Society, my fiancé and I had two tuxedo cats at home, Wally and Bruin. The boys are both adopted from shelters in Maine and are 3-years-old. However, Bruin desperately wanted to play all the time and Wally did not. Luckily my fiancé discovered an adorable litter of tuxedo kittens needing homes. We fell in love with Odie’s unique markings immediately.

After days of slowly introducing Odie to Wally and Bruin, they all quickly became brothers. Bruin loves Odie so much and thinks he’s his baby. All three tuxedo boys constantly play, snuggle, and clean each other. Odie’s personality has truly blossomed since settling in at home. He’s very vocal — even for a tuxedo — and mischievous. He loves attention and is extremely food motivated, so he fits in perfectly with his brothers. Mr. Odie truly completed our fur baby family and we couldn’t be more grateful to AWS for bringing him into our lives.
