Ella & Padme now Freya & Maisie

We adopted Ella & Padme (now Freya & Maisie) in January of 2023. They weren't considered a bonded pair but were about as close as you could be without the title! These two girls settled in so quickly and became the most snuggley cats you could imagine. The purrs are constant and the biscuit making is intense!

While we did lose Freya to FIP in May of 2024, we couldn't have been happier to have her in our lives. Maisie is still doing well and is thriving being the queen of her castle!

While team #awsdog is celebrating their big win (after losing to team #awscat last year), all of us here at AWS is celebrating the support from our community. Amazingly, you all raised $17,904 in one day! This incredible sum will go provide for the dogs, cats and small animals in AWS’ care this time of year.
