This is Mavis, we got her when she was just a little kitten. Mavis is full of personality and always wags her tail when we see her. I think she thinks she’s a dog sometimes. I remember first laying eyes on her, on the AWS website. I had been looking for a black and white cat at the time but when I saw her I fell in love. I watched the site for a couple days and she remained in the shelter. One Saturday morning we got up early and headed to the Adoption Center. We got there and there was already a line for her in the lobby. We both thought oh well but waited our turn. When our turn came we immediately fell in love with her and said yes we want her. We couldn’t imagine our life without our Mavis.
