Skittles and Sprinkles now Henry & Tucker

We were 6 months out from losing our beloved Boxer. It was too quiet in the house and the silence was deafening. It was time to bring another fur baby home to love and cherish.
I couldn’t justify the cost of a purebred Boxer, let alone two, and didn’t want to feel like part of the problem with surrenders and overcrowding in shelters when so many pups needed homes. We set our sights on two in particular that were on the website. Husband fell in love with one, I the other. When we asked to see them both, we couldn’t choose between these beautiful souls and with us working full time, we agreed that perhaps it would be better with two so they could keep each other company. So off to the pet store for another set of everything we already had. From that day on, they have changed my life. I was concerned that I would miss the personality of the Boxer breed but these two hooligans have made me laugh, cry and smile more than I ever thought possible.
These two beautiful souls have changed our lives and I made the decision that I will always rescue going forward.
