This holiday season, we highlight our canine friends here at AWS who have been with us the longest and want to find their family soon. What sounds better than warm nights by the fireplace, snow-filled adventures and cozy lap naps? These dogs couldn’t be more excited than to meet their new families and share those special holiday moments with them! Let’s get them all home for the holidays! Adopt today!
Cookie
Cookie is a friendly family dog who is looking for a new family! She is affectionate, gentle and has experience with people of all ages. Cookie is not particularly fond of her fellow canines though and would do best in a single dog home. She loves to play and be with her people! Fetch is her favorite game but she enjoys playing with her rope toys as well. She’s a fun and great family dog waiting to find her Home for the Holidays!
Daisy
Daisy is here to say she hopes she is Home for the Holidays. She is a young, easy-going and outgoing dog who LOVES being outdoors. She’s a loving and loyal girl that enjoys being with her people. She’s big, she’s fun and she’s just waiting for you!
Fergus
Fergus is a charming family dog. He’s a fun and loving boy who enjoys spending time with his people. He loves to run around in a fenced yard so he can play fetch to his heart’s content. Fergus is a smart dog that has had some training and would potentially enjoy more, maybe through our own Canine Training program! He can be selective about his canine friends, so if you’re interested in bringing Fergus Home for the Holidays, then our staff at AWS can help arrange a dog-to-dog meet and greet with your resident pup.
Pixie
Pixie is a sweet and happy six-year-old hound dog. Her foster dad describes her as a bit of a diva, and she sure loves the attention. Since she’s been at AWS and with her foster dad, she’s spent a lot of time thinking about how exciting it would be to meet her new family! She’s lead by her nose and hopes that she can sniff out a Home for the Holidays!
Ray Ray
Rayelle or “Ray Ray” is a sweet and quiet gal looking for a quiet home to call her own. She wants to be the queen of her own castle, just her and her people without a lot of hustle and bustle. Rayelle loves to be with her people, whether it’s exploring the neighborhood on a walk or just hanging around the house doing chores. She’s fun and exciting when it’s playtime but laid back and relaxed when it’s time to chill. Ray Ray can’t wait to find her Home for the Holidays!
River
River is a fun and loving guy who wants to be your bestie! Some say that he’s very outgoing, but he just thinks everyone is his best friend. River loves to be around people and just go with the flow. He’s a sweet boy that LOVES to be outdoors. To River there’s nothing better than being outside enjoying all that nature has to offer. While he does think everyone he meets is his new friend, he’s a bit particular when it comes to his doggy friends. If you already have a canine companion, AWS’ adoption staff will explain all about the meet and greet process!
Toby
Toby is super excited to find his home for the holidays! He’s an active and energetic boy that is known for getting the zoomies! He’s not a fan of other canines or any felines but he sure loves his people! Toby is very affectionate and LOVES to play. Whether it’s a ball, ropes or tug of war this guy loves his toys. He’s an energetic and active dude that can’t wait to meet his new family and play with them.
Willow
Willow is here to tell you that she thinks it’s time her new family comes along to give her a home for the holidays! She is an affectionate and loving dog that just loves her people. She enjoys taking walks and spending time outdoors, though she’s not particularly fond of the snow just yet. But she is ready for plenty of cuddle time this winter with her new Home for the Holidays!
