We're celebrating May as Mental Health Awareness Month by highlighting the benefits of pet ownership for our mental wellbeing! Caring for an animal can make our lives happier and healthier by giving us meaning, helping us to relax, and so much more. We call it the power of pets!

You guys are amazing! Thanks to your overwhelming support and response to our volunteer call, we now only need morning dog kennel cleaners beginning at 8:30am!

Specific Qualifications and Skills:
· Must be comfortable working with dogs of all sizes
· Must be able to lift, bend, and be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
· Special training is provided before your first shift so that proper sanitation protocols are followed.

Schedule: Volunteer shift begins at 8:30am and lasts until the kennel cleaning is done - approx. 2 hrs. Weekly commitment needed. 
Open shifts: Mondays (2 volunteers needed), Tuesdays (2 volunteers needed), Friday (2  volunteers needed).
