Snacks, Snuggles and Funcle Energy
Dear family currently missing a funcle,
Every family needs one: the fun uncle who shows up ready to play, encourages a little harmless chaos, has plenty of opinions and somehow ends up asleep on the couch afterward.
That would be me.
The Funcle RÉSUMÉ
I’m Floki: big, goofy, sweet and extremely qualified for the role.
My skills include professional snuggling, enthusiastic snack testing, hanging out with other dogs and generally making sure nobody takes life too seriously.
I’m housetrained, crate trained, I know some commands and I’m always willing to keep learning — especially if your training program includes treats.
The Funcle has the floor
I should also mention that I’m chatty.
Very chatty.
I have thoughts, observations, announcements and occasional breaking news that I feel the room deserves to hear.
Sometimes there is a very important reason for my commentary. Other times, I simply feel everyone has been quiet long enough.
Uncle of the year
I earned my “funcle” nickname because I’m especially good with the younger canine crowd.
I love playing with other dogs, and I’ve been known to show puppies the ropes: how to have fun, burn off some energy and generally make the most of being a dog.
Then, when the party is over, I’m perfectly happy to settle in and enjoy some quality couch time.
I contain multitudes.
