Eddie is AWS’ MVP
Hello again! It’s your best friend Eddie, and I am so excited to announce that I am the winner of AWS’ Super Bowl LX Most Valuable Pet fundraiser!! While the result of the big game did not go how I wanted, I am so appreciative of the support from our community to vote for me as AWS’ MVP! For this week’s Pet of the Week, hear from the MVP and how I hope to be the Most Valuable Pet in my future home.
Eddie’s Acceptance Speech
This past weekend, generous members of the community voted between myself, Daisy and Ginger & Luma as AWS’ Most Valuable Pet. All funds raised during the competition support the health and wellbeing of every animal in AWS’ care, like me! I was so happy to learn this morning that I was selected as the winner. I of course appreciate both Daisy and Ginger & Luma greatly, and could not be more thankful for everyone’s support this weekend. While my favorite QB Drake Maye and the Pats lost, we all won by supporting this great cause!
Your Future MVP
As well as being AWS’ MVP, I hope to be your future MVP! I am a champion snuggler, and absolutely love belly rubs. My favorite place to be is by your side cuddled up right next to you. I am a big fan of playing fetch, and an even bigger fan of tennis balls. You’ll often see me carrying one around whenever I can! I would prefer to be the only pet in the home, as well as adults or older-kids only. As your MVP you can expect the highest level of snuggles, love and good times with me!

Along with accepting this great honor, and hoping to be your future MVP, I wanted to say thank you! Thank you to everyone in the community who has supported me through this fundraiser, as well as social media. If you don’t follow AWS on Facebook or Instagram (you totally should), then you may not know that I have been the spokesperson for a lot of fun things. I have had a lot of fun being shared on AWS’ social media. From Halloween, to being a big Pats fan, I’ve gotten to wear some silly costumes. It’s been a great time, and I always enjoy reading the comments on each post! So, thank you to everyone who comments and shares my posts, it means so much to me!
