Then you might be the perfect person to join AWS’ Community Veterinary Clinic team as our newest customer service representative.
The AWS Community Veterinary Clinic is a fast-paced practice that sees hundreds of clients a month, and offers high volume spay/neuter surgeries daily. As part of Animal Welfare Society’s nonprofit mission, the Clinic focuses on serving pet owners in our community who lack access to affordable vet care.
Days are very busy, but very rewarding. In our Clinic, you are truly making a difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them.
Customer service representatives keep our busy Clinic running smoothly through the following public-facing responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking clients and patients in and out
- Staffing the reception desk
- Processing payments
- Responding to emails and voicemails
- And much more!
This position is full time. Customer service experience in a veterinary setting, specifically in a public-facing position, is preferred. AWS offers a complete benefits package including health insurance, staff discounts, 401k with match, ample PTO and more.

The AWS Community Veterinary Clinic is a full-service clinic serving AWS residents and pets belonging to community members. The Clinic team includes veterinarians, licensed veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, customer service representatives administrative staff, and dedicated volunteers.
Our professional Clinic team provides a wide array of services and procedures, offering high-quality veterinary care to feline and canine patients. With digital x-ray, dental suite, ultrasound, diagnostic lab, two surgery suites, and an in-clinic and online pharmacy, we serve nearly every need of our patients, right on AWS’ campus.
