Hello everyone! My name is Shadow and it is so nice to meet you all. I am an energetic and fun-loving goofball with a love for cuddle time. I’ve had a lot of fun recently on dog dates at AWS that I can’t wait to share with you. Most importantly, as this week’s Pet of the Week, I’m here to tell you all about why you should snuggle up with Shadow (aka me!!).
Snuggle Up With Love
While you may notice that I am not your typical lap dog size, I do have a tendency to find myself trying to lay or sit on your lap! I just have a love for snuggles with my favorite people, and can’t help myself. Plus, with how cold the weather is getting, who doesn’t want to cozy up and cuddle!? You don’t even have to call me over, I’m already on my way to snuggle, flop around for belly rubs and get as cozy as I can. If you need some larger sized cuddles in your life, then snuggle up with Shadow (me)!!
A Heart of Gold
One of the reasons I love to snuggle is I just love being with my people! I am very affectionate and loving, and I also like to meet new people. There’s so many belly rubs and snuggles to be had, you just have to find them!! My friends at AWS think I’m as sweet as can be, and my recent dog date even said I was the “sweetest boy!” I hope my new family loves to snuggle and be greeted with endless kisses, because I have so many to share (as you can see here!!).
Goofy, Adventurous and Snuggly
Along with my love for snuggles, I quite enjoy an adventure!! One of my favorite things I’ve gotten to do at AWS has been going on dog dates. I’ve been on a few day-long adventures to the beach and hiking trails that have been such a blast!! I love to explore, get outside and have all sorts of fun, and I hope my next companion will have a love for adventure like me. Even just getting outside to run around or chase a toy is plenty of fun!! And by the time I’m wiped out from running, I’m ready for snuggle time.
