Summer of Love Foster Workshop

House a pet in your home temporarily this summer!

We are looking to add 25 new foster homes to our AWS family by the fourth of July! The warmer months brings an influx of animals and the well-deserved for our year-round (very dedicated) foster families, so if you’ve been thinking of fostering a pet, NOW is the perfect time to learn more. Attend this casual foster workshop to learn more about our foster program. You’ll find out what our current foster needs are, and hear testimonials from current foster families. There will be time for questions! Those that sign up to foster volunteer at this workshop will go home with a cool swag bag.

Who makes a good foster volunteer? Everyone and anyone – families, individuals, couples, retirees, roommates, etc. No matter your family set up or your home environment – there will be a pet (or two or three!) that can use your love and companionship this summer!

We are specifically looking for foster families who can house adult cats or adult dogs, specifically for a long-term stay (one month or more)
