Hi there! It’s so nice to meet you! My name is Anatase (pronounced a·nuh·tayz), and I’m a young and active puppy who is ready to find my happy family! I can’t believe AWS asked me to be featured on the blog, but here we are. What a dream come true! I also can’t believe that my foster dad let me type on his keyboard, but I suppose stranger things have happened. What a lucky dog I am! Either way, I’m just happy to be here and to share my story. You see at only 4 months old, I have a lot to see, a lot to do, and a lot learn. Perhaps you can learn with me!
About Anatase
Before we jump into the learning, however, I think I should tell you a little about myself! Being so young, I’m very active and playful and looking for a family who can take me on adventures. I love to play with other dogs and I like to get everyone riled up for a good round of chase. In fact, I might do well with another active, confident dog in the home who can show me the ropes!
As you can see from my attributes (who knew technology was so cool!), I’m goofy, fun-loving, energetic, and described as a classic extrovert. I don’t know exactly what that means, but if it involves cookies then it’s definitely accurate! As stated above, I’ve been spending time in foster care with a lovely family who has been simply paw-some. They report nothing but good things about me! (I suppose I’m a little spoiled that way!) What’s even better is that they think I have a lot of learning potential, which brings me to my next point!
School’s in Session
Due to the generosity of my previous foster family, I am eligible for a FREE puppy training class here at AWS. That’s right! If you adopt me, we can take a free class together where we’ll learn about behaviors, simple cues, and work our bodies and brains. How exciting! I love learning and am really smart. I also love to please people and show off my amazing skills, so you know I’ll be an A+ student! Come and learn with me! If you needed another reason to adopt me, here is it!
At the end of the day, what I really want most is a family to call my own. Spring is the season of regrowth and change, and I feel like I am blossoming all my own. I’m growing into my ears, learning how to be a family dog, and experiencing life for all that it is. Whether you want to learn with me, bring me on adventures, or snuggle with me on the couch, I’m your girl. You’ll definitely make my dreams come true when you adopt me, but I’ll fulfill my role, too. I’ll be your protector, your confidant, and your best friend. Together, we’ll each be the other’s missing piece!
