Sam Bramstoker’s Favorite Spots to Nap
Hi everyone, my name is Sam Bramstoker and it’s so nice to meet you! As a low-key and easy-going senior cat, one of my favorite things to do is curl up and take a nice nap. I mean, who doesn’t love a good nap!! So, for this week’s Pet of the Week, let me tell you all about my favorite spots to nap.
The Best Nap is on Your Lap
There’s nothing better than curling up on a lap for a nap! Sharing my special bond with my favorite people comes with a lot of snuggle time. I love to share my affection by claiming a spot on your lap, or right up next to you, for a nice cozy nap. As long as I’m snuggled up to my person, I’m in my happy place.
A Cozy Sleep in the Sun
When I’m not taking up your lap, I enjoy catching some sun while I rest and relax. Finding the right spot near a window where the sun hits just right make for a wonderful nap! The warmth and comfort put me right to sleep, especially when I’ve had a long, tiring day filled with pets, headbutts and making biscuits! There’s nothing like melting into the sunshine and catching some z’s.
The Highest Spot in the Home
On days where there’s no sun to bathe in, I opt for finding the highest spot I can! After looking upon my domain, I can rest easy. I like to think of it as my nap throne, where royalty like me get to snooze after a tiring day of ruling! It’s the perfect place to keep an eye on my toys, my people and any snacks I can find from above.
Your New Nap Partner
Now that you know all about my favorite spots to nap, let me share a little more about myself! As an older gentleman, I prefer an environment that’s as relaxed as I am. If you’re someone who enjoys a cozy night in with a book or a movie (or maybe a nap!) then I could be the cat for you!
