Hey everyone, it’s me: Eddie! You probably recognize me by now as I’ve had quite a few appearances on AWS social media and blog over the past few months. As the longest resident at AWS, it’s time to put the Pet of the Week to its full potential by making this week all about me!! So, without further ado, welcome to the week of Eddie. You’ll be hearing from me all week on AWS social media platforms, and we’re kicking it off with this fun Pet of the Week!!
Having a Ball ⚽️
If you do follow AWS on social media, you saw my recent post supporting the Portland Hearts of Pine in their last regular season match of the year! While my 3-0 prediction didn’t exactly turn out to be true, I have a love for playing ball. From fetch to just carrying my favorite ball around, there’s nothing like it!! So, don’t be surprised during the week of Eddie if you see lots of me with my favorite ball! (My favorite ball varies by day 😅)
The Week of Eddie is Halloween 🎃
This upcoming Friday is Halloween, one of my favorite days of the year! I personally like to have treats every day, but who doesn’t love a day that’s dedicated to treats!? During the week of Eddie I will be sharing some of my favorite things about Halloween. As well as some costume tips. Here’s a photo of me dressed up as a lady bug! While I don’t mind being dressed up (especially when treats are involved), some dogs don’t! I’ll have plenty of more tips and points about Halloween on AWS Instagram and Facebook this week. Be sure to follow along!!
Eddie’s Favorite Treat 🍬
Anyone who loves Halloween as much as I do knows that the best part of the day is the treats!! I’m especially happy to celebrate a little extra on Friday. An entire day dedicated to treats!! (Who doesn’t love all of the extra treats!!) I certainly prefer the treats over the tricks, though I am pretty talented in the giving paw department! I do want my new family to know that I want to be the only pet in the home, as I’m not big on sharing my treats. But don’t worry, I am big on sharing my loving personality and lots of snuggles that will be more than enough!! Let’s make the week of Eddie the every day of Eddie 🙂
