Freya and Copper on the Scent for a New Home
Hi everyone, my name is Freya and I’m here with my brother Copper! We are a pair of Bloodhounds ready for adoption. We’re excited to share our loving and snuggly selves with you. Our friends at AWS thought we make the perfect pair for this week’s Pet of the Week to tell you how we’re on the scent for a new home!
On the Scent for Double the Love
As a pair, we tend to do everything together! From playtime to naptime, we love to spend all of our time together! Especially when we hit the trails and put our noses together tracking a scent. Keeping each other company keeps us both happy and comfortable wherever we are. Both of us are crate trained and prefer to have our crates at home right next to each other!
Putting Our Noses Together
As both of us are bloodhounds, we’ve both got some pretty talented ability at tracking a scent! Sometimes that might get us into trouble when we let our nose do the thinking (especially around food!), but we just love to take in all of the scents we can! So, while we may look like we want to spend all day on the couch sometimes, we love nothing more than a nice walk outside where we can put our noses and minds to work!
On the Scent for a Family
While we’re at AWS, we’re continuing to put our noses to work to find a new home and family! Since we come as a pair, we figured we’d give you a list with two things that are important to each of us!
- Freya loves to be the center of attention.
- Copper enjoys all things food (sometimes even yours!).
- Freya’s favorite toys are stuffies!!
- Copper is great with kids.
