Donate a Vehicle

Did you know AWS accepts donations of cars, trucks, motorcycles and other vehicles?

Have a car or truck that you don’t use? 

Is an unused vehicle taking up space in your garage? Is it becoming an eye sore on your lawn? Are you trying to declutter? There is, in fact, a way that your old vehicle can continue to be of service. Consider donating it to AWS though our partnership with Vehicles for Charity.

Our partner Vehicles for Charity accepts nearly every vehicle into the program, including cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles and RVs! In fact, vehicles do not need to be in new or even running condition. The vehicle must have an engine and be towable. However, restrictions based on the vehicle’s condition may apply, especially for non-cars (boats, RVs, etc). You can learn more about your vehicle’s compatibility withe the program when you first reach out to Vehicles for Charity.

How does donating a vehicle make a difference for AWS? 

Vehicles for Charity will sell your vehicle at auction or to salvage based on condition, with proceeds coming back to AWS. Finally, those proceeds, as your donation, are tax-deductible.
